This activity day is being supported by "Claire Milne Trust" and is open to families who have a child with autism or an additional need. This is a great opportunity for mums, dads, brothers and sisters or indeed any family member to come along together and enjoy a fun time.
We will start the day with a tour of the farm, feeding the animals and visiting our kitchen gardens to see where we grow our food. We will take a tour of the kitchen gardens to gather tasty herbs to add to our homemade pizzas made in the cob ovens. After lunch we will plant some seeds to take home to grow on your window sill.
The day is FREE of charge and includes all your activities and a tasty lunch of jacket potato lunch with a choice of fillings, followed by homemade cake and with light refreshments.
On-site we have 2 all-terrain wheelchairs to help those less able to get around the farm along with a dedicated "Changing place" (please bring your own hoist if required).
We will tailor the event to suit the needs of the individuals in the group so it is important you let us know in advance of any requirements you and your family may have. Click here to book on-line.
