More places now available on the Ukrainian Christmas Weekend!

Thanks to extra funding made available by, Somerset Supports Ukraine, we are now able to offer more places, FREE of charge, on the weekend stay for Ukrainian refugee families now living with sponsor families in SOMERSET, coinciding with traditional Christmas celebrations. 

Your family will stay in one of our rooms in our main centre accommodation which is equipped with multiple single beds (some are bunk beds) and Magdalen staff will cook and cater for families coming to stay.

We will run activities such as:

• Feeding farm animals 
• Den building and exploring in the woods
• Natural arts and crafts sessions

This is a great chance to meet and socialise with other Ukrainian refugee families living in Somerset. 

We can provide wellington boots and waterproofs for everyone to wear should it be necessary and you don't have any.

​Magdalen is a charity near Chard. We are a 132 acre organic farm with a residential visitor centre, where we run a range of outdoor activities.  

There are a total of 25 places available. 

This is a free event, (thanks to the Wessex Water Foundation), but you will need to arrange your own transport.
